1. Your rights

Under article 18 of Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), you can request:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
• portability of your data to another provider;
• deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• information about the entities with which we share your data;
• information about the possibility of not giving consent and its consequences;
• revocation of consent.

You can also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). If other data protection laws apply to you, you may have equivalent rights under them.

2. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to dpo@easyemailverification.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before answering. If your email address is part of a list that one of our customers submitted for verification, that customer is the controller of your data; please contact them, and we will assist them in answering your request.

3. Retention periods

• Email addresses verified one at a time, in the online email checker or through the API: not retained after the verification is processed.
• Results of bulk list verification: kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
• Account data: kept while the account is active; deleted on request, except data we must keep by law.
• Access logs: 6 months, as required by article 15 of Law No. 12,965/2014 (Marco Civil da Internet).
• Billing data: for the periods required by tax and accounting legislation.

4. Security

We adopt technical and administrative security measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, communication or disclosure (LGPD, art. 46).
